Our apartment homes feature a large, open floor plan, including a separate dining area and private balcony or patio. A full sized washer and dryer are included along with all other appliances. Included in rent are water, sewer, and garbage and an assigned parking spot. Located on the lower South Hill near the Perry Street District with easy access to downtown shopping, Gonzaga University, Spokane's Riverpoint Campus, Sacred Heart and Deaconess Hospitals. Professionally managed by McCathren Management and maintained by onsite resident managers. Our community is non smoking and does not allow pets.
